In April, "SVU" creator Dick Wolf said he was certain "Law and Order: SVU" would be renewed for a fifteenth season.
The series -- which stars Mariska Hargitay, Ice-T, Dann Florek, Richard Belzer, Kelli Giddish and Danny Pino -- has made headlines recently for its topical storylines, ranging from a "legitimate rape" episode to another that mirrored the Rihanna-Chris Brown controversy. "SVU" also reached its milestone (and impressive) 300th episode earlier in its fourteenth season.
